Our
Services
At Edu Alliance, we offer tailored consultancy for educational institutions, providers, and project partners who want to build bold, compliant, and impactful learning experiences. Whether you're establishing a licensed institution, developing programmes, managing quality, or launching an education-focused initiative, we bring clarity, strategy, and deep sector knowledge to every step of the journey.
01
Setting Up in Malta
Edu Alliance supports local and international institutions in establishing licensed operations in Malta. We guide providers through every step of the regulatory journey — from designing internal policies and governance structures to preparing Part A and Part B documentation required by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA).
We have helped new higher education institutions successfully acquire their licence to operate, assisted international groups in expanding their footprint into Malta, and supported local providers in transitioning from unaccredited to fully compliant status — all while aligning with the MQF and National Quality Assurance Framework (NQAF).
02
Quality Management
Our quality management retainers provide institutions with ongoing, expert-led support to maintain full regulatory compliance throughout the academic year. These services include the drafting and review of quality manuals, conducting internal mock audits, preparing for external reviews, and developing continuous improvement plans.
For example, we have worked with providers who faced compliance challenges and helped them rebuild their internal QA systems — allowing them to recover regulatory standing and build a sustainable model for future growth. We’ve also supported institutions in preparing self-evaluation reports and developing learner feedback mechanisms to meet audit expectations confidently.
03
Curriculum
Design & Review
Edu Alliance develops and reviews full programme curricula — from micro-credentials to full qualifications — ensuring alignment with MQF/EQF levels, learning outcomes, and sector relevance. We assist with accreditation-ready documentation, module descriptors, and progression pathways.
We’ve developed Level 1–8 programmes in a diverse field of socio-economic activity. In some cases, we supported providers in re-validating and upgrading their legacy programmes. We also assist institutions in creating new programme portfolios, mapping out modular design, and preparing all documents required for MFHEA programme approval.
04
Education Projects & Strategic Initiatives
Whether you are applying for Erasmus+ funding, launching a skills-based initiative, or setting up a training academy, Edu Alliance brings clarity, structure, and strategic direction. We help transform early-stage ideas into well-defined projects and support the full project lifecycle — from work-package design and partner engagement to content development and quality assurance.
We’ve led the development of EU-funded project proposals in areas such as micro-credentialing and green skills, designed training wings for sector-specific professional associations, and supported institutions in forming international partnerships and academic collaboration.
